Andrew Upah is the Chief Strategy Officer of Virtuali, a leadership training firm that offers an international immersion and leadership development program as well as training on how to work, manage, and lead effectively in a virtual business environment. Andrew previously worked for Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, where he specialized in Human Resources strategy. He served clients in the High-Tech, Retail, State Government, Education, Financial Services, Professional Services, and Health Care industries.

Synopsis:

Andrew will provide a short training session on key concepts related to remote work. Upon completion, participants will understand the challenges of remote work and have several strategies and tools to avoid common pitfalls and perform at a high level.
