    Good points especially for organizations that are highly bureaucratic with managers who have little at risk when their employees performance is less than their best.

      Yes! I’ve heard some anecdotes from employees who work in very bureaucratic organizations. According to their account, the norms, practices, and work environment within these organizations are atrocious. Thanks for adding to discussion Mike!
